I began my career in Human Resources, working closely with people on the ground. Early on, I encountered the real challenges employees and managers face in day-to-day operations. Over time, I noticed a pattern. Many of these challenges were not driven by a lack of effort or capability but by unclear processes, disconnected systems, and decisions made without the correct information.
That realisation gradually changed how I viewed my work. I became increasingly interested in how organisations function behind the scenes, how processes are designed, and how information flows. I also became interested in how systems can either support people or quietly make their work harder.
My experience spans FMCG manufacturing environments with large operational workforces and fast-paced retail settings. Across these roles, I naturally worked at the intersection of people, process, and technology, helping teams bring structure to complexity and turn everyday challenges into practical improvements.
Completing a Master of Management Information Systems at Edith Cowan University deepened this perspective. It strengthened my skills in business analysis, process optimisation, and data-driven decision-making, and reinforced my belief that well-designed systems should be clear, scalable, and genuinely helpful for the people who rely on them.
Today, I am focused on building a career that enables me to support organisations through thoughtful digital transformation. I am driven by the belief that sound systems, when designed with people in mind, quietly enable better work, better decisions, and more sustainable outcomes.
