Through my Master of Management Information Systems, I developed a strong understanding of how organisations design, govern, and improve digital systems to support business outcomes.

Applied units such as capstone integration and management practicum allowed me to work with real business problems, balancing technical feasibility with organisational needs.
This experience sharpened my ability to analyse complex systems, map processes, and translate business requirements into clear, practical solutions.

This foundation continues to shape my people-focused approach to problem-solving and system design.
