Digitalised Asset Tagging and Management System

Client: International Distribution Company Bangladesh PLC.


Duration: July 2025 - November 2025


This twelve-week project was carried out in collaboration with IDC Bangladesh PLC, where our team developed a digital asset tagging and management system to assist in tracking and managing organisational assets.

  • Led communication with the client and captured key outcomes from meetings.
  • Turned early, scattered ideas into precise requirements, scope notes, and structured documentation
  • Translated business discussions into explicit user needs and system requirements
  • Designed Figma wireframes for core features such as asset entry, search, dashboards, and asset workflows
  • Mapped user journeys to show how different users would interact with the system
  • Helped refine system scope and supported presentation and demo materials
  • Acted as a bridge between technical team members and non-technical stakeholders

This project helped the client clearly visualise the proposed solution and laid a solid foundation for future system development.

Digitalised Curriculum Mapping System

Client: Edith Cowan University


Duration: February 2025 - May 2025


This project involved analysing requirements to recommend a scalable digital curriculum-mapping solution for ECU, replacing a manual SharePoint-based process. The focus was on improving curriculum planning and approvals through a more structured, data-driven approach, followed by governance.


Ahmed worked closely with academic and administrative stakeholders to understand and map existing approval workflows, identify delays, and shape recommendations for a future digital solution.


  • Conducted stakeholder interviews to uncover inefficiencies in curriculum approval workflows
  • Mapped undocumented AS-IS processes and designed TO-BE workflows using BPMN 2.0
  • Analysed system gaps and prepared a business case outlining improvement opportunities
  • Applied business process improvement techniques to support a shift from manual processes
  • Shared weekly updates with stakeholders to refine ideas and build alignment
  • Identified opportunities to reduce approval delays by approximately 20% through a digital solution concept
