February 2025 – May 2025
School of Business and Law (SBL)
Edith Cowan University,
Joondalup, Western Australia
I worked on analysing requirements for a scalable digital curriculum-mapping solution, supporting the shift from a manual SharePoint-based process to a more structured, data-driven approach.
The role involved engaging with academic and administrative stakeholders, mapping existing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and contributing to practical recommendations for process and system improvement.
This experience strengthened my skills in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and turning complex problems into clear, workable solutions.

April 2019 – May 2023
International Distribution Company Bangladesh PLC.
Dhaka, Bangladesh
I led HR operations for an extensive FMCG distribution network, covering workforce planning, performance management, HRIS, compensation, and employee development across multiple locations.
A key focus of my role was digitisation. I led the conversion of over 3,500 employee records into a central HRIS, reducing administrative effort by around 30%, and supported the rollout of an internal expense-tracking application that delivered approximately 8% savings in monthly operational costs.
During the COVID period, I supported more than 1,500 employees across sites, overseeing health and safety coordination and large-scale operational meetings. I was recognised as a Promising Young Leader and later received the Best Support Function award for strengthening HR operations and implementing group insurance coverage for over 350 employees.

July 2018 – February 2019
Meghna Group of Industries (MGI)
Dhaka, Bangladesh
I supported HR operations during a period of rapid organisational growth, working across policy development, performance management, and talent systems.
I was closely involved in manpower planning across 15 operations, developing organisational structures for new business units, and helping implement an ERP-based online performance appraisal system covering 39 business units.
Alongside core HR responsibilities, I facilitated training sessions for multiple employee cohorts, building both soft skills and technical capability while supporting day-to-day HR operations.

October 2017 – June 2018
US Bangla Footwear Limited (Brand: Vibrant)
Dhaka, Bangladesh
HR operations across policy development, performance management, and talent systems.
Manpower planning across 15 operations was a key focus, alongside developing organisational structures for new business units and contributing to the rollout of an ERP-based online performance appraisal system across 39 business units.
In parallel, I facilitated training sessions for multiple employee cohorts, strengthening both soft skills and technical capabilities while supporting day-to-day HR functions.
Alongside my studies, I gained hands-on experience working with some of Australia’s major brands.
These roles helped me build strong communication skills, quick problem-solving ability, and confidence working with modern systems in fast-paced environments.
From online order fulfilment to direct customer engagement, this experience strengthened the practical mindset I now bring to business analysis and systems-focused work.
