I commenced my professional journey in Human Resources. Over time, I realised my strong inclination towards resolving issues through systems, data analysis, and process enhancement. This realisation directed me towards Business Analysis and digital transformation, where I can integrate an understanding of people with technical expertise.

I have gained experience across FMCG, manufacturing, and retail sectors, and each position has demonstrated the significant impact of aligning processes, personnel, and technology. Currently, while undertaking my Master of Management in Information Systems at Edith Cowan University, I am concentrating on enhancing team performance through optimised workflows and data-informed decision-making.

My experience encompasses workforce planning, policy development, HRIS enhancements, and the optimisation of performance and processes. I am dedicated to transforming complex, convoluted situations into clear and straightforward solutions that facilitate improved work efficiency.
